🏆 Solution:

A pilot project was initiated in which a field visit was conducted to observe the operations and PPE delivery processes. Through collaborative efforts, critical points for optimizing and digitizing the forms and processes were identified. The implementation of Eskuad in this process was a success, enabling a more efficient and agile delivery.

• 66.7% reduction in information entry time.
• 688% increase in operational capacity for PPE delivery.
• Daily PPE deliveries increased from approximately 35 to 130 units during peak demand periods.

The implementation of Eskuad has also enabled Ultraport Angamos to monitor PPE delivery in real time, ensuring efficient and timely distribution.
