🎯 Desafíos:

Ultraport Angamos enfrentaba varios desafíos en la gestión de su entrega de Equipos de Protección Personal (EPP), incluyendo:

• Demoras en el llenado de formularios al momento de la entrega.
• Pérdida de información al tener todo en papel.
• Falta de visualización en línea, lo que afectaba su eficiencia operativa.
• Demoras en la creación de reportes finales para rebajas de productos.
• Inexistencia de una ficha por personal por las entregas realizadas.
• Problemas adicionales en períodos de alta demanda.

🏆 Solución:

Se inició un piloto en el cual se realizó una visita en terreno para observar las operaciones y los procesos de entrega de EPP. Tras un trabajo conjunto, se identificaron los puntos críticos para optimizar y digitalizar los formularios y procesos. La implementación de Eskuad en este proceso fue un éxito, permitiendo una entrega más eficiente y ágil.

📈 Métricas:

En dos meses se ha logrado:

• Ahorro de tiempo del 75% en el proceso de entrega. Desde la primera mejora a la actual.
• Reducción del tiempo de ingreso de información en un 66.7%.
• Aumento de la capacidad operativa en la entrega de EPP en un 688%.
• Aumento de la entrega diaria de EPP de aproximadamente 35 a 130 unidades en periodos de 
  alta demanda.

La implementación de Eskuad también ha permitido a Ultraport Angamos monitorear en tiempo real la entrega de EPP, garantizando una distribución eficiente y oportuna.
